Payment of Fees and Receipts
– Payment of course fees is to JE College at the reception in the form of cash, NETS or cheque in Singapore dollars with no GST. A receipt will be issued for the amount paid. Students are advised to collect the official receipt/invoice from JE College for any fee payment made to JE Educational College Pte Ltd. Any cheque payment must be crossed and made payable to JE Educational College Pte Ltd.
– The Course fees and other fees do not include examination fee, charges for medical check-up, students-membership fee of university or association and any other fees payable to the university or association, and any other third party fees unless otherwise stated.
– All course fees on monthly or instalment basis must be paid on or before the due date. In the event of any delay or default in payment of the course fees, JE Educational College shall be entitled to levy an additional Administration charge of $15 per month (Part-time course), $30 per month (Full-time Course) until such outstanding payment is settled in full. To terminate lessons, one month advance notice must be given in writing or one month’s fee paid in lieu.
– Apart from the course fees (eg. course fees, FPS, Medical Insurance (if applicable), material & internal exam fees), other fees chargeable are under the Miscellaneous fee (eg. external exam fee, ICA Fees, medical check-up fee, administrative & handing exam registration).
– Miscellaneous Fees (non-compulsory and non-standard fees which student will pay only when necessary or applicable. Such fees are normally collected on an ad-hoc basis by the College when the needs arises)

The total Course fees and its breakdown are communicated upon reception and clearly defined in the Standard Student Contract, payment schedules, official receipts and communication materials.

Admin fees for course transfer-$ 50(Non-STP)/ $100(STP)/ per transfer per course; deferment – $ 50 per deferment per course

Late payment fees (full-time) – $ 30 per month per course
Late payment fees (part-time) – $ 15 per month per course

Study Loan
1. 0% interest instalments applicable from Diners Clubs

Payment methods and channels
JE College hereby confirms and undertakes to the student that it has in place a Fee Protection Scheme with Lonpac Insurance Bhd by way of an insurance facility. The school insures all the fees upon collection from students.
